Experience Summary:
Ms. Malinger has been involved in environmental and sanitary projects. Recent wastewater related projects include planning and design of a sewer force main from Ford Island to the Fort Kamehameha WWTP at Pearl Harbor for the U.S. Navy; the Lihue WWTP Effluent Disposal System for the County of Kauai; and the Kihei Effluent Reuse Core Project for the County of Maui Department of Public Works.

Recent potable water projects include planning and design of Pookela Well Development; the Hanamaulu and Lihue Water Development Projects; various well drilling and testing projects for the County of Kauai Department of Water and Maui County Department of Water Supply; and the Kaamilo Water System Improvements for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply. She has also conducted cross-connection control surveys at various U.S. Marine Corps bases in Okinawa, Japan.

Ms. Malinger is currently involved in additional well drilling projects; Waipahu Water System Improvements and Punahou Water System Improvements for the Honolulu Board of Water supply; the Water Use and Development Plan Update for the County of Hawaii; and the Kihei Effluent Reuse Expansion Study for County of Maui Department of Public Works.
